• English Streete is operated by Streete Education LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17052146), providing Executive Personal Assistance and support services, English language lessons, and Life in the UK tuition.
• English Streete previously operated under Streete Skills Limited (Company Number 12215437) between 2018 and 2025. From 2026 onwards, all services are provided under Streete Education LTD.
• Services may be delivered by Danielle Streete, director of Streete Education LTD, or by an employee or subcontractor working under the English Streete brand. All team members are trained to maintain the same high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality.

• All appointments must be pre-booked and confirmed in writing (email, text, or agreed messaging platform).
• Sessions will begin and end at the agreed time. If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

To respect time and ensure fairness for all clients:
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the agreed hourly rate.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (but more than 2 hours) will be charged at 50% of the agreed hourly rate.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges.
• If English Streete needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as much notice as possible will be given and no charge will be applied.

• In some cases, services may be delivered by a qualified employee or subcontractor of English Streete.
• All team members are expected to follow the same standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
• Streete Education LTD remains responsible for the quality and delivery of services, regardless of which team member carries them out.

• Payments must be made by bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur a reasonable administration fee of £15 for overdue invoices.

• All information shared during sessions or communications will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.
• Client personal data will never be shared or sold to third parties.

• Clients are expected to provide a suitable environment (if sessions are held at their location) and arrive on time.
• Clients must inform English Streete of any relevant needs, accessibility requirements, or preferences in advance.

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in writing.

Where services are funded through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme, the following additional terms apply:
• Access to Work–funded hours are allocated on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. If support hours are not used because the client is unable to engage and no work has been allocated, these hours cannot be carried over, shared, or reclaimed and will be considered lost.
• English Streete aims to structure support in a way that allows assistance to continue even when a client is not able to actively engage. Where possible, and with prior agreement, the Executive Personal Assistant may continue with agreed responsibilities and support activities independently, provided clear instructions or ongoing priorities have been shared in advance. This ensures support hours are still used effectively without placing pressure on the client to be available when they are not able.
• Access to Work–funded Personal Assistance hours cannot be shared with or transferred to any individual or organisation outside of English Streete, including external personal assistants or third parties.
• Any change to the allocated Personal Assistant will be communicated with a minimum of one month’s notice, where possible.
• If allocated hours are not delivered due to unavailability of an English Streete Personal Assistant, English Streete will make reasonable efforts to make up those hours at a mutually agreed time.

English Streete and Streete Education LTD will provide services with reasonable care, professionalism, and attention to detail. However, Streete Education LTD cannot be held liable for any indirect loss, business loss, missed opportunity, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided.
Where tasks are carried out on behalf of a client (such as bookings, communications, research, or administrative support), English Streete will act based on the information and instructions provided by the client. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving key decisions where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable UK law.

English Streete aims to respond to client communications as promptly as possible during normal working hours.
Response times may vary depending on workload, existing client commitments, and the nature of the request. Urgent matters should be clearly communicated in advance where possible.
English Streete will make reasonable efforts to support client needs within allocated support hours, but immediate availability outside of scheduled or agreed working times cannot always be guaranteed.

Clients agree not to directly employ, contract, or engage any employee, subcontractor, or representative introduced through English Streete without the prior written consent of Streete Education LTD.
This restriction applies during the period in which services are being provided and for 12 months following the end of the working relationship.
This clause is intended to protect the professional relationships, recruitment investment, and operational structure of English Streete.
If a client wishes to engage a member of the English Streete team directly, this may be discussed with Streete Education LTD and may be subject to an agreed transfer or introduction fee.
